如同RIMOWA一貫的標語：『Every case tells a story.』 (每只箱子都訴說著一個故事;或也可解釋成:一趟旅程。一個旅行箱。一個故事) RIMOWA希望藉由迷你影片，向全球傳遞品牌精神。今年是RIMOWA第二年製作品牌 迷你短片，第一年是在巴西的里約熱內盧(Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)所拍攝的； 而今年的迷你短片『Troubleshooting』則是特地選在加拿大取景拍攝， 影片內容和以往一樣，以詼諧趣味的觀點切入。此外，這支短片因獨具風格的創意， 而榮獲歐洲2007 Epica廣告獎銅獎，這對RIMOWA來說是非常具有紀念性的。

This is the second year or RIMOWA to make a mini movie or commercial. The first year was made on location in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was very clever and shown in movie theaters in Germany before the movies started. This year’s was filmed in Canada. It has won an award in Europe. They are below for your enjoyment.
